Dee's Alaska Adventure

Drove 520 miles today and it was sunny and beautiful the entire day. We saw 13 bears today. 10 black bears and 3 grizzlies. We spent so much time watching them that I thought we were never going to make it to camp. They were all very close, right beside the road. The grizzlies were huge and very majestic looking. We also saw a bunch of bison that are wild up here. An eagle and a porcupine. Pretty full day as far as wild life is concerned. We are going to drive 500 plus again tomorrow and camp at Dawson Creek. We will arrive in Trout Lake on Sunday night to drop off my Mom and Patty and I will be at our house on Monday. Stayed at this particular camp ground tonight because it advertised free wifi. I really wanted to check out the Trail Blazer's draft choices today but there wifi was so slow that I finally gave up and was satisfied just to send this.
