Dee's Alaska Adventure
Patty and I and Mom are all sleeping in the same tent each night. The comedy experience for the day for Patty and I is watching Mom when she gets up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. She can't ever find the zipper that opens the tent so from our perspective watching she looks like an enthusiastic worshiper in church with her hands going all over up and down, right and left, grumbling under her breath about zippers. She shouldn't have a problem tonight in this motel room. Sometimes when Patty and Mom are late picking me up and I grumble at them, especially if I am really tired, they will say, "it takes a long time to take down the tent and get all the camping stuff packed into the trailer". Tonight Mom started laughing and said, "now remember if we are late picking you up tomorrow it is because we have to take down the tent"! And my response was "yeh, right, whatever"!!!
