Went on a 4 mile run yesterday and did pretty good. Nothing hurt and I finished with 11 minute miles. Not bad for an old man. I am planning on running with Shelly in the Midnight run here in Fairbanks this Saturday. An annual event that has thousands of people participating. I have had a good time playing with my three grand kids here. I don't get to see them very often. Wyatt's birthday is Saturday and we are going fishing so I bought a one day license last night. I have been reading a lot. Writing a lot. Sleeping a lot. I got the church prayer letter yesterday via e-mail and prayed through it. Dee
